Supply • On-Site Roll Forming • Equipment
Built for the crews who build it.
We bring a portable roll former to your jobsite and manufacture panels to your exact specifications — mechanical lock or snap-lock. Trim, flashing, and closures to spec. And through our partnership with Englert Metal, we distribute roll formers and roofing equipment for shops running their own production.
What We Supply
Panels when and where you need them
On-Site Roll Forming
- Specialized portable roll former brought directly to your jobsite
- Panels manufactured to exact specifications — no splices on long runs
- Mechanical lock and snap-lock profiles from the same setup
- Eliminates freight damage and the handling risk of long transported panels
Panel & Trim Supply
Standing seam panels in mechanical lock and snap-lock, plus custom trim, flashing, and closures fabricated to your details. Premium color-coated steel in the gauges and finishes the job calls for — supply-only, so your crew installs.

We run the same jobs you do
We install standing seam ourselves, which means we specify panels the way an installer needs them — not the way a distributor finds convenient to ship.
Made to your specification
You give us the cut list and the profile. We form to it. No rounding to stock lengths, no substituting a profile because it is what is on the shelf.
On your schedule
Forming on site means panels exist when your crew is standing there ready for them, rather than waiting on a delivery window you do not control.
No freight damage
Long panels are vulnerable in transit. Forming at the jobsite removes an entire category of damage, rework, and short-shipped material from the schedule.
Straight answers
If a profile is wrong for the slope, we will say so before it is fabricated. We would rather lose the order than have you install something that fails.
How It Works
From cut list to panels on the roof
Send the details
Profile, gauge, finish, cut list, and the jobsite location. Drawings if you have them — a clear scope is fine if you do not.
We quote it
Trade pricing on material, forming, and any trim or flashing. We will flag anything in the spec that looks off before you commit to it.
Schedule the form
We coordinate the roll former to your site around your crew's schedule, or fabricate and stage for pickup — whichever suits the job.
Panels to spec
Formed to your exact lengths and profile, ready to install. Your crew, your schedule, your relationship with the customer.
Not sure which profile the job calls for? Our guide to standing seam panel types covers how mechanical lock, snap-lock, and nail strip differ on slope, wind, and thermal movement — and when each one is the right call.
